Five students received their Certified Nursing Assistant certificates June 1 from the Regional Center for Border Health College of Health Careers. The students, Raquel Elizarraras, Kirtsie Jimenez, Ruby Lucano, Nohemi Morales and Lucero Naranjo, complete an intense, six-week course to obtain their certificates. The welcoming remarks at the graduation ceremony were made by Elizabeth Arredondo, the Interim Director for the College. The keynote address was delivered by the class instructor, Barbara Wasielewski, RN. Wasielewski praised the students for their accomplishments, and cited how they each brought something unique and different to the class.
